It was march 2009, that some students from chitral living in Karachi started to reactivate a death association of the students of chitral, of them Sher Jahan, Israr uddin, Hamid uddin, Sardar Aman, Ghairat Shah, Sajad ali and Issa khan, were so emotional about the welfare of the students.they stuggled till September of the same year, but failed in their mission (reactivation of the said association), but they thought to make another association, which would be registered with the Government of sindh. It was unbelievable at that time, so I personally opposed that thought, but the students were so excited, they continued their struggle, and stablished CSO (Chitral student organization ) in September 2009.They were working so fast and so hard.I standted to resupporting them in November 2009.We organized football tournament twice in the six month to earn money for the registration of the organization. We knew that we could not collect money from the students, so we collect money by ourself by doing such activities in march 2010 when we applied for the registration , our leagal adviser advised us to change the name from chitral student organization to chitral student welfare association(CSWA) ,the reason was that it was difficult to register on organization than a welfare association and we did so .
At the end of 2010 when we wanted to organize a culture program in minor level in the name of CSWA, we were opposed by the students of Karachi university, they were ready to fight on the name, they said that this was the name of their association so we should change our name or ready for the sui in the court.
It was the starting of 2011, we sat with the above said students two or more times, but they did not want to reconciliate with us, so we had to change the name of our association, because we did not want to go in the court against our own brother, there were two reasons, one was that we had no time and second was that we all were chitralis. We could sui against them, because our registration process was at the end and they had no registration no established association.
We changed our association name from CSWA to CSSWA after several debates and meetings. The one extra “S” is for “Social”, the reason is that here in Karachi all works are done in social level, our association registered with the Government of sindh in the month of March 2011 with the name “Chitral Student & Social Welfare Association” (csswa) with the registration no-19,now its running well
